Bayer Seresto Tick and Flea Collar Dog

This innovative collar protects against fleas and ticks for up to 8 months in dogs up to 8 kg. The band has a repellent effect and is odorless.

Active substances
Flumethrin (1.25 g) and Imidacloprid (0.56 g).

Indications

• Treatment and prevention of flea infestations for 7 to 8 months. The effectiveness against fleas starts immediately after applying the collar.
• Protection against Development of flea larvae in the immediate environment of the animal for 8 months.
• Can be used as part of a treatment strategy for flea allergy dermatitis (VAD).
• Seresto has a lethal and repellent effectiveness against tick infestations for 8 months. It is effective against larvae, nymphs and adult ticks.
• The preventive effect against ticks starts two days after applying the collar. It is recommended to remove ticks already on the cat at the time of application.
• Treatment of biting/sucking lice infestation.

Contraindications

• Do not treat puppies less than 7 weeks old.
• Do not use in case of known hypersensitivity to the active ingredients or any of the excipients.

Instructions
Apply one collar per dog around the neck.

• Remove the hasband from the protective bag just before use.
• Unwind the collar and make sure there is no remnants of the plastic connectors on the inside of the collar.
• Apply the collar around the dog's neck without over-tightening it (a space of two fingers between the collar and the neck is recommended).
• Slide the excess part of the collar through the loop and cut off all but 2 cm.
• Check regularly that the collar is not too tight and adjust if necessary, especially for fast-growing puppies.
• This collar is designed with a safety clasp. In the unlikely event that the dog becomes stuck, the dog will be able to quickly free itself from the collar.
