Rowan, elderberry, raisins, goji berries and cranberries.

Rowan berries:

Against hoarseness, it makes birds sing better. Contains a lot of vitamin C, which increases resistance. They regulate the intestines and help with constipation and diarrhea.

Elderberries:

Helps to stimulate pigment formation in birds and rodents, very good during moulting. Contain lots of vitamins A, B and C. One of the biggest benefits of elderberries are their immunity-boosting properties.

Raisins:

There are many good vitamins in raisins such as vitamin B. This vitamin is good for our heart and blood vessels. Raisins also contain potassium and boron, the latter being a mineral that strengthens bones. Raisins also stimulate digestion.

Goji berries:
